Just a reminder following my last email regarding Top Gear Scout 2020 Tickets, if you haven’t already you have until the 31st of this month to nominate what you would like to do with your ticket.
Any tickets outstanding after this time will be forfeited.
Please ensure your Scout Units are aware!
Top Gear Scout 2020 Ticket Nomination Form
All CAMS license fees need to be refunded, as details entered during registration are now out of date & cannot be used for future events. Please ensure you enter your banking details to receive these funds back.
The Scouts Victoria Major Events Top Gear team in conjunction with Scouts Victoria Branch have put in the place the following measures regarding tickets that have been purchased for the Top Gear Scout 2020 event.
– All ticket holders will be given the opportunity to retain their spot and transfer their ticket to the next event. They can also opt to transfer this spot internally within a scout group or team to another member.
– Any ticket holders that have moved sections or age brackets will be able to transfer their ticket to the correct ticket type or event (ie. Scouts that have moved to Venturers can transfer their ticket to Top Gear Venturer, or Scouts that were Under 12 can opt to upgrade to an Over 12 Ticket)
– If none of the above is able to occur then we will refund the ticket cost to your nominated bank account (less any fees paid upon initial purchase).
Our admin team has been working hard to ensure your ticket nominations are handled in a timely manner, please make it easier for us to do this by nominating your decision via the below link to the Top Gear Scout 2020 Ticket Nomination Form before 31st October 2020.
Also all merchandise orders have been posted out to the nominated address at time of ordering, if you haven’t received your order please let us know.
